We process and ship orders quickly so your tools arrive when you need them. Here's everything you need to know about shipping from MasterToolBits.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $35 shipped within the contiguous United States. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website (UPS, USPS, or FedEx).

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. International shipping is not available on this site.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package is still missing, contact us at support@mastertoolbits.com within 7 days and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
